I’m sitting here contemplating how to write the ‘about me’ page, but I think the best way would be as if I was writing a letter to a friend. Which in many ways I am.

So, what would you like to know?

I am 34 years old, I was certified as a personal trainer in 2017, I live in Ottawa, Canada, and I have a cat named Luna.

I lost I lost 132 lbs and I documented my journey on m YouTube and Instagram.

You’re probably wondering is this chick worth my time and attention?

For many readers, my answer is NO.


1. I can not help you get thin quick.

For some reason people think that buying a product means they are buying the transformation.

I get it, it’s tempting…who wouldn’t want to watch Friends reruns while eating Cheetos in their underwear – all while thinking that pill is going to block the carbs and you’ll wake up a bombshell the next day because of that skinny tea.

Well, it’s not that easy.

There’s a difference between going for a run and having the runs.

Real results take time and consistency.

So, if you’re not prepared to commit double the effort you’re expecting, I’m not your gal.

2. If you don’t want to eat healthy you won’t enjoy my stuff.

I’m not a nutritionist but here’s why I’m telling you this.

If you start going down the ‘Weight Loss’ rabbit hole, you’ll see all kinds of ads and products that promise extreme results, that one trick, that pill, that tea – all kinds of loopholes and ‘special’ products.

Anyways, do these things work?

Probably, some of the time – and in the short term.  But, if you rely on any of these things you’ll eventually be in a worse position than when you began that unsustainable gimmick. I promise.

3. If you’re looking for the ‘Easy Way’ I don’t want to help you.

It is important that you understand – I can help you, I just refuse to.


Because when I hear for someone looking for the easy way, what I’m really hearing is ‘Im not interested in long term success.’, ‘I’m not interested in my emotional and physical well-being.’ and ‘My health is not my priority.’

Look, a real transformation takes HARD WORK and time. And yes, when you achieve your goal it’s everything you’ve ever imagined.

But it takes HARD WORK.

And a little bit of patience.


My main focus is to empower and motivate you to love yourself.

I focus a lot on mindset – which in my opinion is the Holy Grail of weight loss and transformation.

Control your thoughts and the body will follow.


Well, for one I believe my results speak for themselves.

All the free content, and all the premium stuff is EXACTLY what I used to lose 132lbs.

Everything I give you, is a simplified…or a ‘fast-tracked’ (eh eh…see what I did there :P) version of what took me many years to learn, discover or find out the hard way.

I guarantee you I have failed more times than you, that is why I finally became successful.
